Meeting with the Muse - A Creative Awakening Workshop - Saturday 20th September

A full day of conscious play: using creative visualisation, art, games and song writing to awaken inspiration and put you more deeply in touch with your creativity. It will be a lot of fun and aims to leave participants with some practical tools to remain creatively engaged.

Creativity is innate to us all, but self-doubt and other blocks can prevent many of us from ever accessing and exploring it fully for ourselves.

One Bowl Performance Workshop: 28th August, 12-2pm

Artist and Social Sculpture practitioner Diane Regisford will be performing her collaborative artwork 'One Bowl' at Fusion on 28th August, from 12-2pm, as part of our collaboration with Age UK on their Lonely Roads: Mass for our Age project.

The performance is a collaborative journey experienced through the sharing of a meal and conversation to explore our connectedness and community.

Inspired by the South African, IsiZulu word and life philosophy, Ubuntu: ‘without you, I do not exist’, Dianne creates spaces where people can consider what binds us as people and planet.
