Fusion Arts Admin Assistant

£19540 pro rata 2 days p/w (flexible working expected and encouraged)


A capable and organized person with good people skills is needed to keep our busy Arts Centre ticking over smoothly.   You will be the key contact for visitors and users of the centre and provide general admin support to the Fusion staff team and programme.  Key duties will cover room bookings, office reception duties, minute-taking at board meetings, some upkeep of website/social media communications.

Exciting times are ahead and we have a number of opportunities coming up over the Summer and into 2019.


We are looking for session leaders and assistants, our studio and residency artists scheme will be up and running again and there are commissions are in the pipeline. In advance of this we are updating our database of artists who would like to hear from and work with Fusion Arts.


Expressions of interest are welcomed from practitioners working in all forms of art, craft, music, writing and performance who would like to deliver workshops, take part or be involved with what we do. Part of our ethos is developing and supporting artists so if you have limited experience do still get in touch.


If you need help realising a specific project idea, we can also discuss ways that Fusion Arts might support you.
